Though we may not meet every day, please know that each one of you is much more than just a number to us. You’re an integral part of our team, and your efforts don’t go unnoticed.

To be honest, I had hesitated to organize an event like this, thinking we might be too small for it. But when one of our contractors mentioned how meaningful it was to feel valued and not just be another number, I knew this gathering was something we had to do. So here we are, celebrating together in Basel as a reminder that each of you truly matters to us.
